Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth, promote our products/services, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to develop effective marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads. Visit potential clients, present products/services, and close sales. Maintain good relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business. Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns, both online and offline. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends. Prepare sales reports and update management on progress. Requirements: Proven experience in sales and/or marketing is preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media marketing is an advantage. Education & Experience: Graduate in any field (an MBA in marketing is a plus). 0–3 years of experience preferred (freshers with enthusiasm can apply).
