Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive/Manager to drive our international expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in international markets. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in developing and executing market entry strategies, conducting market research, and fostering relationships with clients, distributors, and other key stakeholders. Role & responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's presence in international markets (USA, UK, EU). Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including market entry strategies, partnerships, and distribution channels. Conduct market research to assess market demand, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth. Build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and other key stakeholders in international markets. Negotiate and finalize agreements with clients to drive revenue growth and market penetration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technical, Marketing and operations, to support international expansion efforts. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive activities, and regulatory developments in international markets. Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and other materials to communicate company's value proposition to potential partners and clients. Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales pipeline, revenue targets, and market penetration. Preferred candidate profile: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred. Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or marketing roles, preferably in international markets. Strong understanding of international business practices, cultural nuances, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities. Highly organized with strong project management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
