Sr. Developer (Quadient) Experience: 8-12 years JOB DESCRIPTION (KRA): Develop, customize, and optimize Quadient Inspire Designer Advanced, Interactive, and Scaler applications. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve issues effectively. Lead version upgrades and migration projects from other CCM tools to Quadient. Implement and maintain simple API integrations to support and extend CCM functionalities. Provide expertise in Quadient Suite installation, configuration, and deployment across environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of CCM solutions. Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance. Document best practices, technical solutions, and project progress. Skills: Quadient Designer, Interactive, Scaler, Dynamic Communication, Quadient Cloud, Strong knowledge of CCM, Excellent communication and documentation skills. Qualification Required: Graduation/Postgraduation any Preferred resources from nearby Mohali, Punjab location.
