Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor (QS) with hands-on experience in interior works. The QS will be responsible for preparing BOQs, cost estimates, rate analysis, vendor billing, and monitoring project costs for interior fit-out projects across commercial, residential, and retail spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed BOQs based on drawings, specifications, and site requirements.
• Conduct material take-offs and quantity estimation for interior works (civil, furniture, false ceiling, partitions, flooring, MEP works).
• Perform rate analysis for labor and materials based on market standards.
• Evaluate and certify contractor/vendor bills as per work completion.
• Support project budgeting, cost control, and value engineering exercises.
• Float RFQs, analyze vendor quotations, and assist in cost negotiations.
• Track variations, prepare change orders and assess cost implications.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure cost alignment.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flows, and cost-to-completion projections.
• Conduct periodic site visits for physical verification and measurement checks.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in interior fit-out projects.
• Good understanding of interior finishes, joinery, carpentry, modular furniture, false ceiling, partitions, and MEP interfaces.
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity take-off software (e.g., Bluebeam, Planswift, or similar).
• Familiarity with contracts (e.g., item rate, lump sum, turnkey).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
