QS - MEP

Role Overview: As a Quantity Surveyor (MEP) in Bangalore and Gurgaon, you will be responsible for handling both pre-contract and post-contract activities for commercial and residential projects. Your main focus will be on managing the costs and budget of the projects while ensuring quality and timely completion. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and control project costs from the initial budget to the final account - Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs - Prepare and submit variations, claims, and contract administration - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution - Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier agreements - Monitor and report on project progress and budget variations Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field - Minimum 5-10 years of experience in quantity surveying for commercial and residential projects - Strong knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying tools Additional Company Details: The company is a leading construction firm known for its innovative projects and commitment to quality and excellence.
