Opening is with Manufacturing co near hero honda chowk sector-37 .Bachelor accomodation provided by the company in the co campus. Role & responsibilities Handling day to day Security operations of the company. Managing and Coordination in house and outsourced Security Agencies. Making Policies and guidelines for static and patrolling guards. Assisting Fire Safety & disaster management team. Checking of monthly attendance, bills, compliances, biometric verification of all vendors working for the Company. (On roll and off roll). Ensuring safe and secure arrivals and departure of staff, vendors and material vehicles by freezing their route plans. Access control and parking management. Supervision over CCTV control room, incident investigation, confidential report writing and daily MIS reports. Coordinating with PMS and VMS vendors for the installation of Boom Barrier, Turnstile, P Gate and Proximity card readers. Staff Cafeteria hygiene, kitchen visit, raw material quality and their disposals. Supervision on hired transport. Liaison with local Police Station and other Govt. Authorities. Observe and investigate suspicious activities. Promote safety, observe & report hazards & emergencies. Recruitment of guards and class 4 employees. Training of Security staff on frisking & equipments-CCTV, HHMD & DFMD. Monitoring the shifts and attendance of Security staff. Supervising security and housekeeping activities in the organization.
