This individual will be responsible for managing task creation, assignment, tracking, and follow-up through our project management tool (Zoho Projects). The ideal candidate will ensure daily visibility into the teams activities, highlight roadblocks, and ensure operational consistency.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with project leads to break down tasks and enter them into Zoho ProjectsAssign tasks to team members and monitor time logs and progressFollow up daily with team members to ensure tasks are updatedPrepare brief daily and weekly status summariesFlag delays or issues proactively to managementMaintain internal documentation related to tasks and timelinesSupport sprint planning and retrospectivesPromote task hygiene and adherence to processesRequirements:2+ years experience in a coordination, operations, or admin role in a tech or startup environmentFamiliarity with Zoho Projects or similar tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana)Strong communication skills, especially with technical teamsHighly organized, proactive, and detail-orientedComfortable working with remote or distributed teamsNice to Have:Background in software development or understanding of tech terminologyExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsCertifications like ZOHO PROJECTS or Scrum Master (optional)Soft Skills:A strong sense of ownership and follow-throughProblem-solving mindsetAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExcellent at pushing people without annoying them
