As the leader of Mastercard's Digital Solutions team for South Asia, you will collaborate with senior management to shape the strategic direction of digital products and services. It is essential to ensure alignment between the digital strategy and the core business needs as well as those of customers. Coordinating digital strategy, integration, and deployment with regional and global digital teams is a key aspect of the role. Being a motivational team leader to bring the right resources together for success is crucial. The ideal candidate for this position should possess an MBA or Masters Degree and demonstrate a proven ability to develop and execute complex strategic go-to-market plans. Leveraging technical expertise and real-world experience to solve intricate business problems, along with strong problem-solving and project management skills, is essential. Building and maintaining effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers, influencing individuals at various levels, and navigating a global, decentralized organization are critical. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. The ability to devise innovative solutions for customer requirements across diverse products and services is key. Familiarity with API architecture and cloud infrastructure, understanding UI/UX design for mobile, and experience or interest in digital design are advantageous.
