Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Administrator (Manager or Assistant Manager) with a strong background in Linux and Windows server administration , specifically within a BPO or Contact Center environment . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with dialers like Exotel (Drishti), C-Zentrix , or similar systems, and must be capable of troubleshooting complex IT issues, handling high-pressure situations, and managing transition projects such as cloud migration and multi-location IT infrastructure setup . Key Responsibilities: Infrastructure & Systems: Administer, manage, and monitor Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS/RHEL) and Windows Servers (2012/2016/2019) . Set up and manage multi-location server networks, VPNs, and data synchronization across branches. Plan and lead cloud transition (AWS, Azure, or equivalent), including hybrid environments if needed. Liaise with vendors for AMC, software licenses, dialer issues, internet failovers, etc. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT Admin/Manager roles, with at least 2–3 years in BPO/Contact Center setups . Strong working knowledge of Linux and Windows OS , Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Servers. Proven experience with dialers like Exotel, Drishti, Ameyo, or C-Zentrix is mandatory . Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid setups is highly preferred . Experience setting up and supporting multi-location or branch-level IT infrastructure . Strong troubleshooting abilities, especially in stressful or critical downtime situations . Understanding of network security, firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, SonicWall), switches, and routers . Basic scripting or automation knowledge (PowerShell, Bash) is a plus. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to coordinate with operations and cross-functional teams.
