As a QC Assistant, your role involves assisting in maintaining and updating QMS documentation such as SOPs, Work Instructions, and Records. You will also help coordinate internal audits, prepare documentation for external audits, and support the training process by organizing sessions and maintaining training records. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing basic QC checks and inspections under supervision, assisting with tracking and follow-up on CAPA actions, and maintaining supplier documentation while supporting risk management files. Your qualifications and experience should include a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. It is preferred that you have at least 2 years of experience in a quality or manufacturing environment. Familiarity with ISO 13485 and medical device regulations will be advantageous for this role. Skills required for this position include a basic understanding of QMS principles and ISO standards, good attention to detail and documentation accuracy, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and the ability to follow procedures and work collaboratively in a team. This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at the designated location.
