ICM uses the results of the quality assurance reviews to assess the quality of the group's policies, procedures, programs, and practices as relates to the management of wholesale credit risk. The results help management identify operational weaknesses, risks associated with the function, training needs, and process deficiencies. This role would ideally be suited to someone who is an analyst within credit risk analysis unit within the domain of Institutional Wholesale Banking. The ideal candidate will be currently working in 1st or 2nd LOD areas, in roles such as Data Analyst, Credit Analyst or a Business analyst. This role reports to the ICM Head of In-Business Quality Assurance Head of Data Analytics. Required Skills 3-5 Years of working experience in data analytics, automation and visualization with expertise in performing ETL operations and competency in a variety of analytics tools and programming languages, such as, but not limited to: Programming/ETL: SQL, Base SAS, Python, R Data Visualization: Tableau, Power BI, QlikView Automation/RPA: UiPath, Power Automate, BluePrism Data Wrangling: Alteryx, Trifacta Good knowledge in data modelling, data ETL, data quality assessment and data profiling is a must Strong data warehousing skills with ability to design robust data models and perform data analytic operations Demonstrate analytical and critical thinking, problem solving and proven troubleshooting skills Experience in data architecture, designing and developing data analytics solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure is a plus Understanding of how Internal Audit function works with specific focus on knowledge of Business Processes (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement Card, Travel and Entertainment, General Ledger, Payroll) and Internal Audit controls (Common BP controls and ITGC Controls such as Terminations, Change Management, User Access Provisioning etc.) Knowledge in other areas such as Cyber, Anti-Money laundering, Fraud, Forensic, Cyber Security or Accounting is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization. Proficient in Microsoft tools such as Excel and Powerpoint, including the ability to create visually compelling and professional presentations, and the ability to effectively present findings /information to diverse audience Preferred Skills Certification in Cloud (AWS/ Azure / GCP) Data analytics or AI/ML Data Analytics related certifications Qualification B.
