Job Description

Role Overview: At Capgemini Engineering, you will work as a Qlik Sense Developer, responsible for interpreting business requirements, designing, developing, and maintaining Qlik Sense dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. You will also handle data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various sources, optimize Qlik Sense applications for performance, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide technical support for issue resolution. Additionally, documenting development processes and user guides will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Interpret business requirements and transform them into technical specifications - Design, develop, and maintain Qlik Sense dashboards, reports, and data visualizations - Handle data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from different sources - Manage QVD files, implement data modeling best practices, and ensure data accuracy and consistency through validation and testing - Optimize Qlik Sense applications for enhanced performance and scalability - Collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical support for issue troubleshooting - Document development processes, data models, and user guides Qualifications Required: - At least 4 years of experience in Qlik Sense development and dashboarding - Strong understanding of data modeling, set analysis, and scripting in Qlik - Proficiency in SQL and experience with RDBMS such as MS SQL Server or Oracle - Familiarity with Qlik Sense integration with web technologies and APIs - Knowledge of BI concepts and data warehousing principles - Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities - Qlik Sense certification would be advantageous Company Details: Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner with a diverse team of over 340,000 members in more than 50 countries.
