You are a highly skilled BI Lead with 8-10 years of experience, responsible for overseeing BI initiatives. Your role involves leading the migration of existing reports to Power BI, requiring expertise in Qlik and Power BI tools. You will design data models, integrate data from multiple sources, and provide technical guidance to a BI development team. Your key responsibilities include leading BI projects, managing migration processes, designing complex dashboards, and mentoring team members. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, optimize BI infrastructure, and enhance existing processes for data governance and reporting. To excel in this role, you must have 8-10 years of BI development experience, proficiency in Qlik and Power BI, and experience in migrating BI solutions. Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, DAX, Power Query, and SQL is required. You should possess leadership skills, project management experience, and excellent communication abilities. Preferred skills include experience with cloud platforms, Python or R for advanced analytics, Agile methodologies, and knowledge of data visualization principles. Certification in Qlik, Power BI, or related BI tools is advantageous. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Pune. Immediate availability to serve notice is required.,
