Responsible for assisting in how the Value Base Management tracks and forecast customer behavior that will result in a prepaid phone disconnect across all Brands as well as Revenue growth. Contributing to the production of Value Disconnects forecast for Best View (monthly), Line-ofSight (weekly), Outlook (quarterly), and Long Range Plan (annually).
