Administer and maintain QlikView and Qlik Sense environments including server setup, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting. Manage user access, roles, and security within Qlik platforms. Monitor system performance, perform health checks, and optimize application performance. Collaborate with BI developers and business users to ensure smooth data refresh, report distribution, and resolve issues. Develop and maintain documentation related to Qlik architecture, configurations, processes, and procedures.
