Sales Development Representative

You will be joining TickIoT Pvt Ltd as a full-time Sales Representative. Your primary responsibility will include identifying prospects, engaging with clients, presenting solutions, and closing deals in the US market. This position is a hybrid role, which means you will need to align with the US Pacific Time (9:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST). While technical expertise is not mandatory, having a basic understanding of technology or a willingness to learn is preferred. Your key responsibilities will involve driving lead generation, managing sales activities and opportunities, developing sales for TickIoT's IoT solutions in the US and India, building a strong sales pipeline, communicating effectively with decision-makers, presenting product offerings, closing deals, and maintaining client relationships. Collaboration with product, marketing, and support teams will be essential to ensure customer satisfaction. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in the tech sector). Proficiency in English communication, ability to work independently, familiarity with CRM tools, and a self-driven attitude are important. While having knowledge or interest in IoT/technology is a plus, it is not mandatory. Your primary work hours will be around 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST (US West Coast time) with flexibility for internal sync in the morning IST (India). This is a hybrid role, requiring occasional visits to the office in Visakhapatnam, India, and flexibility to work US hours.
