We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our team at TickIoT Pvt Ltd. An ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, engaging with clients, presenting solutions, and closing deals—primarily in the US market. This is a hybrid role, requiring alignment with US Pacific Time (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST). Note: Technical expertise is not mandatory, but a basic understanding of technology or a willingness to learn is preferred Responsibilities Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM Drive sales and business development for TickIoT's IoT solutions in the US and India. Identify potential customers and build a strong sales pipeline. Conduct effective communication with business decision-makers and stakeholders. Present product offerings and provide solution consultations to meet customer needs. Close deals and maintain long-term client relationships. Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. Track activities in CRM and provide regular sales reports and forecasts. Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (tech sector preferred). Excellent spoken and written communication in English is mandatory. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting. Self-driven, result-oriented, and a good team player. Basic knowledge or interest in IoT/technology is a plus, but not required. Work Hours • Primary: Around 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST (US West Coast time). • Secondary: Flexible morning IST (India) for internal sync as required. Location • Hybrid role; visiting office at Visakhapatnam, India when needed. • Flexibility to work US hours is required. Compensation Competitive salary based on experience and skills
