Job Role: Psychologist Working Hours: Full-time (Mon-Fri + meetings) in Bopal, Ahmedabad on contractual basis Remuneration: INR 28,000 – 32,000 per month (all inclusive) Location: Bopal-Ghuma road, Ahmedabad Deliverables – · Planning, execution and assessment services for the Essential Supportive Interventions (ESI) program of Qi To Happiness Foundation. · Undertake planning and execution of assigned vertical [SPORTS] for the beneficiaries of the ESI program (vertical training will be provided on a cost-sharing basis). Qualifications – · Master’s degree in Psychology from an accredited university · Preferred- at least one year of work experience with persons with disabilities (developmental disabilities) · Preferred- a valid RCI-license in Rehabilitation Psychology/Rehabilitation Counselling/Clinical Psychology/Special Education Special knowledge/skills – · Knowledge of special needs of the clientele · Self-driven and effective in time-management and multitasking · Working knowledge of English, Gujarati (essential) and Hindi · Willingness to participate in an environment that uses animals, music, the arts and sports as therapeutic medium Responsibilities – · Work under the Program Director and Program Officer to devise a plan for the clientele · Create, execute and manage your vertical(s) top to bottom · Collaborate with students, parents and other members of staff · Source tools/equipment and systems required for delivery of your vertical(s) · Set up and improve systems of impact assessment with the team · Utilize the impact assessment tool created for each client and provide necessary data · Implement an instructional, therapeutic or skill development program for beneficiaries · Plan and use appropriate therapeutic strategies, activities, materials, and equipment that reflect understanding of learning styles and needs of the clientele · Participate in other disability- or mental health-specific activities, such as awareness programmes, workshops, group therapy, support groups, etc. · Assist with overall program building and delivery Ad-hoc tasks based on the program’s requirements
