As Assistant IT Support at SKM Air Conditioning LLC based in Sharjah, UAE, you will be a valuable member of the IT Infrastructure team. Your role will involve assisting in troubleshooting, supporting, diagnosing, and resolving IT technical issues within agreed SLAs. Additionally, you will configure new IT equipment and ensure that authorized software is installed and regularly updated on all computers. Regularly scheduled hardware and software maintenance will also be within your purview. Your involvement in IT procurement and monthly inventory top-ups will be essential. You will also be expected to perform any other IT-related duties assigned by IT management.
