As we scale in India, we’re looking for an AI Led Marketing and Growth Associate to join our team. About the Role: This is a high-ownership, creative-meets-analytical role for someone who can blend AI-powered marketing with strategic growth thinking. You’ll experiment with AI tools, run smart social media campaigns and craft stories that make DYL impossible to ignore. All the responsibilities we will trust you with: - Scale growth with AI: identify opportunities, design and run AI powered campaigns and automate workflows using AI tools and apps. - Create with AI: design social posts, videos, and other digital assets that inspire. - Optimize and experiment: use AI insights to refine campaigns, test new tools and unlock growth opportunities. - Engage communities: leverage AI to understand audiences, spark interactions and nurture networks of learners and partners. You will directly work under the mentorship of Mr. Navyug Mohnot (Stanford-certified DYL Coach & Educator; CEO of QAI Global; Founder of QGLUE) We are looking for someone who brings: - 1 - 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or growth roles (experience with AI tools a plus). - Hands-on familiarity with platforms like ChatGPT, Canva AI, Midjourney, Synthesia, Jasper, or similar. - Strong storytelling and communication skills to represent a purpose-led brand with credibility. - A genuine passion for using technology to amplify ideas that make a real impact.
