To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in software testing, particularly for web and Java applications. An educational background in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in German language at least at C1 level is essential, along with familiarity with test automation tools like QF-Test, GitLab, Jira, and experience working within Scrum teams. Strong communication skills, both in German and English, are crucial for effective collaboration within interdisciplinary teams.
