Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as an HR generalist, with a strong preference for experience within the IT industry. Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment for both IT and non-IT positions. Solid experience in HR administration , including policy implementation and record maintenance. Demonstrable knowledge and experience in payroll management, leave management, and attendance management. Strong understanding of legal compliance requirements relevant to HR and payroll. Experience in supporting or developing skill and development programs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
