We're looking for a highly motivated and organized HR generalist to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for people and proven experience in the IT industry, we encourage you to apply! Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both IT and non-IT roles , from sourcing and screening to offer management. Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth integration into the company culture. Perform comprehensive HR administration tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping and efficient HR operations. Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal compliance and internal guidelines. Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback. Handle employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to both employees and managers. Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed. Oversee payroll management , ensuring accuracy and adherence to payroll legal compliances . Manage leave management and attendance management systems. Contribute to skill and development initiatives and programs for employees. Assist with compensation and benefits administration. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as an HR generalist, with a strong preference for experience within the IT industry. Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment for both IT and non-IT positions. Solid experience in HR administration , including policy implementation and record maintenance. Demonstrable knowledge and experience in payroll management, leave management, and attendance management. Strong understanding of legal compliance requirements relevant to HR and payroll. Experience in supporting or developing skill and development programs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
