Placement Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategic plans for placing Non-Employee benefits insurance products. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients by understanding their unique risk management requirements and offering customized insurance solutions for non-employee benefits. Insurer Relationship Management: Establish strong, productive relationships with insurers and underwriters. Negotiate the best terms for clients while ensuring coverage aligns with their risk profiles. Product Knowledge & Market Intelligence: Stay updated with market trends, emerging risks, and changes in insurance regulations affecting commercial lines. Provide clients with insights into the latest products and best practices. Negotiation & Placement: Lead the negotiation process with insurance providers to ensure clients receive competitive rates and comprehensive coverage. Oversee the timely and accurate placement of policies. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor the non-employee benefits placement team, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge-sharing across the department. Work closely with other internal teams, such as underwriting, claims, and sales, to deliver seamless service. Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure that all non-employee benefits insurance placements comply with relevant regulations and mitigate any potential risks. Ensure all placements are in line with the company's risk appetite and policies. Client Presentations & Reporting: Prepare and present customized insurance proposals to clients, outlining risk management solutions, coverage terms, and premiums. Provide ongoing reports on placement activity and performance.
