Oversee the timely and accurate placement of policies. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor the non-employee benefits placement team, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge-sharing across the department. Work closely with other internal teams, such as underwriting, claims, and sales, to deliver seamless service. Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure that all non-employee benefits insurance placements comply with relevant regulations and mitigate any potential risks. Ensure all placements are in line with the company's risk appetite and policies. Client Presentations & Reporting: Prepare and present customized insurance proposals to clients, outlining risk management solutions, coverage terms, and premiums. Provide ongoing reports on placement activity and performance.
