Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-line inspections and monitor product quality. Identify deviations in production and initiate corrective actions. Work with production teams to maintain and improve quality. Keep accurate records of inspections and quality reports. Train production staff on quality standards and procedures. Follow safety protocols and support continuous improvement efforts. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Chemical, Plastics preferred). Strong observation and attention to detail. Basic computer skills (MS Office). Willingness to learn and grow in a quality control role.
