You will be responsible for the following tasks in the role of Raw Material Inspection: - Sampling, testing, reporting, and recording of raw materials such as boards, kraft, liner, adhesive, coating, film, etc. - Conducting in-process checking for printing and post-printing activities. - Creating Outgoing Certificate of Analysis (COA). - Updating records of lab instruments calibration. - Analyzing and comparing customer specifications against actual products. - Ensuring job traceability both forward and backward. - Creating job files based on customer-provided inputs like artwork, KLD, shade card, approved dummy, etc. Additionally, you will be involved in: - Inspecting incoming raw materials and finished printed products for defects to ensure compliance with quality standards. - Assisting in developing quality control procedures and testing protocols for press and post-press to reduce production defects. - Monitoring inspection processes and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOP) and inspection test plans. - Conducting trials of new materials in collaboration with production personnel and providing feedback to relevant departments for future actions. - Focusing on continual process improvement and training individuals to minimize customer complaints. - Preparing and submitting new job shade cards before material dispatch. - Creating shade cards based on customer-provided references such as artwork, Epson proofs, samples, or Pantone colors.,
