Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action: Investigate quality issues and non-conformances to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions. Facilitate root cause analysis (RCA) meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in quality assurance and control processes. Lead or participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects to enhance overall project quality and performance. Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Ensure all quality assurance activities adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
