Position : R&D Formulation Scientist Experience: 5-10 Years (with at least 4-6 years in developing Injectable Finished Dosage Forms) Location: Bangalore , Karnataka Company: OFF Targets Research Private Limited www.offtargets.com Job Description: We are seeking an R&D Formulation Scientist with a strong background in the development of injectable nished dosage forms. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience, with at least the last 4-6 years focused on injectable formulations. This role will involve the design, development, and optimization of complex injectable formulations, including emulsions, Nano formulations, and lyophilized products. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage formulation development projects for injectable finished dosage forms, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality formulations. Develop and optimize complex injectable formulations, including emulsions, nanosuspensions, and lyophilized products. Utilize expertise in microfluidization and lyophilization processes to enhance formulation stability and performance. Conduct and oversee experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation to support formulation development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analytical development, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs, to ensure successful product development and commercialization. Prepare and review technical documents, including development reports, protocols, and regulatory submissions. Qualifications: Ph.D. or Masters degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation development, with at least 4-6 years focused on injectable finished dosage forms. Proven expertise in developing complex injectable formulations, including emulsions, Nano formulations, and lyophilized products. Hands-on experience with micro fluidization and lyophilization techniques is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of successful product development. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Additional Skills: Experience with scale-up and technology transfer of injectable products. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines for injectable drug products.
