Role & responsibilities Role & responsibilities Strategy Strategically plan and set policy and process to delivery overall quality control policy, processes activities to improve product and service qualities. Manage organization- Set and manage an efficient & effective quality organization of Production Quality Control department. Drive change to fit to external regulation or voluntary codes, customer requirement and internal regulation and standards. Sets annual goals for the quality department organization, and achieves these goals through the allocation of resources such as talent, goods, and funds; through business management; and through the development of talent and the organization. Manage performance Set and monitor Div. / BU KPIs, Formulate and implement needed measures for improvement. Manage process and system- Develop and standardize QA Management system in accordance of Quality regulation, standards and guideline. Monitor processes and policies to ensure compliance with external regulations and voluntary codes, customer requirements, and internal regulations and standards to minimize quality risks and protect customer confidence. Monitor the quality status of the process and the quality of deliveries to customers, prevent quality defects, and provide instructions for improvement at an early stage. Responsible for in-process audits conducted by the organization. Monitoring- Responsible for leading organization in external and internal auditing, internal hotline reporting, and its investigation and implementation of measures. People Management- Sets annual goals for the organization and achieves these goals through the allocation of resources such as talent, goods, and funds; through business management; and through the development of talent and the organization. Budget- Develop and guide managers to operate within budget for Division / Function. Preferred candidate profile BE Diploma Mechanical / Production 22-25 years of experience in Quality Assurance in automotive manufacturer or equivalent industries & 5+ years of working experience as leadership roles in area of quality / manufacturing / engineering in product manufacturing/Customer and Supplier Quality etc. Good English written & verbal communication. Key Professional Competencies - Expert and lead others in area of Quality management policy Quality standard IATF Quality documentation 8D report Quality Control and collecting data. Key Personal Competencies- Ownership & Accountability Implementation & Result Orientation Stress & Pressure / Being Resilient Managerial Courage Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving. Preferred candidate profile
