Magnon Group has an exciting opportunity for design quality control professionals to work for a leading global healthcare brand as they establish a Creative Lab in India to support their digital experience business worldwide. This unified team will drive global demand generation with dedicated content, design, video, mar-tech, and research expertise. As a strategic partner, we are seeking a Quality Specialist to collaborate closely with the marketing team, including designers and other key stakeholders. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring the delivery of high-quality creatives and digital assets. Your expertise will help maintain excellence and consistency across all marketing outputs. You will be working as a Design Quality Specialist in Noida. We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Design QA Specialist to ensure the highest quality standards in our design deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and processes, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities: - Review and evaluate design projects to ensure they meet established quality standards, guidelines, and client specifications. - Verify design alignment with brand guidelines, technical specifications, and project objectives. - Check design elements (e.g., typography, colors, layouts, file formats) for accuracy, consistency, and completeness. - Provide constructive feedback to designers, offering suggestions for improvement and refinement. - Collaborate closely with design, creative, and production teams to resolve issues and maintain high-quality outputs. - Maintain and update quality control checklists, templates, and documentation to streamline workflows. - Ensure the timely delivery of projects while upholding quality standards. - Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance QC processes. Skills & Qualifications: - Proven 4 - 6 years experience in quality control, graphic design, or a similar role. - Strong knowledge of design tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - In-depth understanding of design principles, branding, and production processes. - Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies or errors. - Strong communication skills for effective feedback and collaboration. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure. - Proactive mindset with a commitment to excellence. - Understanding and ability to generate QA/QC reports basis audit database. - Basic understanding of QC Tools. - Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. - Experience working with creative or advertising agencies.
