QA/QC Mechanical Engineer

Inspection Engineer should have basic idea of :

Technical Ability –

1.1. Able to identify raw materials and co-relate traceability with mill certificates.

1.2. Able to witness laboratory tests (Mechanical, Chemical, Hardness etc.)

1.3. Able to inspect Groove Welding as well as Fillet Welding thoroughly. Conversant with all welding gauges & instruments.

1.4. Able to check individual structures or machined items.

1.5. Able to Check Leveling, Control Assembly Dimension of Members

1.6. Inspector should have minimum NDT Level-II and able to witness VT, PT, MT, UT & RT respectively.

1.7. Able to check welding procedure & qualification records.

1.8. Able to inspect machined components using Vernier caliper, micrometers & bore dials.

1.9. Able to check geometrical tolerances on machine bed.

1.10. Conversant with assembly of mechanical equipment (Bearing assembly, Gear Assembly, Cylinder Assembly etc.).

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 8-12 months

Pay: From ₹540,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Yamunanagar, Haryana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
