As a Hardware Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and quality assurance/quality control management of hardware products in the IoT or embedded hardware domains. With over 5 years of experience in electronics product development or QA/testing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality benchmarks throughout the production lifecycle. Your key responsibilities will include leading in-house electronics and production hardware testing, debugging firmware on embedded systems, and coordinating between R&D and Production teams for smooth handover and documentation. You will be leading the Hardware QA and Production Testing Team with a focus on establishing a culture of discipline, traceability, and continuous improvement in production workflows. Additionally, you will develop internal knowledge bases, SOPs, and training modules for product onboarding. To be eligible for this role, you should hold a B.Tech/B.E/M.E in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation, along with proficiency in Embedded C/C++, Python, and hardware testing tools. Experience with version control systems, hardware diagnostics, debugging, and quality assurance practices is essential. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
