We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Manager (Civil) to oversee and ensure the highest construction quality standards on high-rise residential and institutional building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing QC procedures, conducting site inspections, managing material testing, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and statutory codes. Experience : 12 years in civil construction quality control, with specific experience in high-rise and institutional projects. Key Responsibilities: Implement and monitor project-specific Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) plans for civil construction activities. Conduct regular site inspections , audits, and surveillance of construction works, including RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing. Ensure that work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, IS codes , and quality standards. Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
