The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the quality of input raw materials and in-process quality, analyze the data, and offer feedback to ensure the desired outcomes are met. This includes monitoring critical-to-quality parameters and conducting tests on products according to the Quality Assurance and Process (QAP) plan. It also involves testing and accurately entering quality parameters of all products into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Effective communication with the Process Business Unit Team (PBUT) is essential to address any process deviations and quality issues. The role also entails implementing the DMTs excellence standards throughout the designated Area. Achieving the monthly, quarterly, and annual Production and Budget (P&B) targets for the assigned Area in terms of both quantity and quality is a key objective. It is crucial to adhere to the Daily Performance Indicators (DPIs) within the team to ensure optimal performance and quality output.,
