QA Testing Specialist

As a QA Testing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium, while utilizing scripting languages such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, Ruby, and PHP. You will have hands-on experience in Functional Testing with applications like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle Cloud Fusion, and Financials. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and enhancing existing test automation strategies and processes, driving automation adoption and productivity improvement, collaborating with development and QA teams globally to define efficient methods for testing, and ensuring continuous integration and deployment pipelines include automated testing. You will be instrumental in empowering and enhancing delivery from offshore through close coordination, driving innovation and continuous improvement, leading initiatives to establish reusability and consistency with industry standard best practices, mentoring and training team members on test automation best practices, and creating detailed documentation for testing strategies and processes. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 12 years of experience in software testing and test automation, with 3+ years of experience as a Test Lead driving improvements. Mandatory experience with Selenium testing web, mobile, and APIs is required, along with experience in mobile automation using tools like Appium. You should also have proven experience in designing test automation frameworks using various scriptless automation tools like Tosca, Test Complete, and Robot Framework, and a strong understanding of CI/CD processes.
