Job Description

Required Experience & Education: 14+ years of experience in software development and test automation. 5+ years of management experience, leading and developing technical teams. Experience in vendor management within an onshore/offshore model. Expertise in architecture, design, and development of large-scale enterprise testing solutions. Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Industry certifications such as Scrum Master, Six Sigma Green Belt, or equivalent. Desired Experience: Experience with mainframe testing lifecycle. Exposure to cloud-native distributed systems (AWS). Experience of claims adjudication and claims lifecycle in healthcare. Experience coaching and mentoring teams in best practices for QA automation.
