Oversee tool integration with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Selenium, JIRA). Client & Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the primary point of contact for QA-related matters with internal and external stakeholders. Provide detailed QA reports, dashboards, and testing metrics. Ensure client expectations are understood, documented, and met consistently. Process Improvement & Compliance Promote continuous improvement of QA processes, eiciency, and test coverage. Ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g., ISO, CMMI) and organizational policies. Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and proactive issue resolution. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience in software QA. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Hands-on experience with test management and automation tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred. Nice to Have: Knowledge of cloud-based testing, performance testing, and security testing. Certification in ISTQB or other QA frameworks. Experience working in client-facing or offshore/onshore delivery models.
