QA Tester

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated QA Tester to join our team at Webs Optimization Software Solution in Ahmedabad. As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for testing web and mobile applications to ensure quality, usability, and performance. This role is ideal for freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about product quality and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. Your key responsibilities will include performing manual testing on websites and mobile applications to identify bugs, UI/UX issues, and performance gaps. You will need to understand project requirements to create, execute, and maintain detailed test cases and test scenarios. Additionally, you will track, document, and prioritize bugs, and work closely with developers for timely resolution. You will also be involved in conducting regression testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and supporting test data creation. Validating UI screens as per design specifications and participating in Agile/Scrum processes will be part of your routine tasks. Moreover, maintaining test documentation and contributing to improving QA best practices will be expected from you. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. An understanding of software testing concepts, SDLC/STLC, and Agile methodology is essential. Strong logical and analytical thinking skills are required to identify positive, negative, edge, and boundary cases. Good communication skills, attention to detail, and any internship, academic project, or work experience in QA/testing are considered advantageous. Basic familiarity with programming languages (such as Java, Python) or testing tools (like JIRA, Postman) is an added advantage. Knowledge of API testing, cross-browser/device testing, or basic automation will be beneficial. An eagerness to learn modern QA techniques and grow into automation or advanced testing roles is highly encouraged.
