Job Title: QA Automation Tester
Our company is seeking a skilled Selenium Developer with 1+ years of experience to join our team. As a Selenium Developer, you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining the test automation process. Your responsibilities will include participating in the evaluation and planning of the automation roadmap, maintaining and updating Selenium WebDriver and Rest azure scripts, designing and implementing a scalable test automation framework and strategy using Selenium WebDriver, and more.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API-based applications.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand requirements and ensure proper test coverage.
• Identify, log, and track bugs in collaboration with the development team.
• Perform regression, functional, integration, and performance testing using automation tools.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated testing.
• Analyse test results, generate reports, and share insights with stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to testing best practices and quality standards.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new tools and technologies in the QA domain.

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in QA Automation Testing.
• Proficiency in automation testing tools like Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
• Solid understanding of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, or JavaScript).
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman, Rest Assured, and SoapUI.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
