About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic QA Engineer (Fresher) to join our testing team. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a basic understanding of software testing concepts, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and executing test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to identify bugs and issues.
• Report defects clearly and track them through the bug lifecycle.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure proper resolution of issues.
• Conduct regression, functional, and usability testing.
• Ensure applications meet quality standards before release.
• Stay updated with basic QA methodologies and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and defect life cycle.
• Knowledge of manual testing concepts (functional, regression, usability, etc.).
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla, or similar).
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn automation testing (Selenium, TestNG, etc.).

Good to Have (Optional)

• Internship or academic project experience in software testing.
• Knowledge of SQL for database testing.
• Exposure to API testing tools like Postman.
• Familiarity with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, etc.).

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Final-year students or fresh graduates can also apply).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,893.82 - ₹10,145.77 per month
