QA SDET .NET Lead

Role Overview: You are being hired as a QA SDET .NET Lead with 4+ years of experience in Selenium, .Net, and JavaScript. Your role will involve configuring Selenium Test Environment (STE), participating in Selenium Environment Setup with an Integrated Development Environment (IDE), automating the design of a framework, identifying and selecting automation test cases, creating an automation test plan, enhancing, debugging, and running test cases, managing the defect management process, executing regression tests, solving problems related to object identity and error handling, and interacting with customers/clients to address their issues effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Configure Selenium Test Environment (STE) and set it up - Participate in Selenium Environment Setup with an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) - Automate the design of a framework and implement it based on project structure - Identify and select automation test cases - Apply various designs and document the automation test strategy - Create an automation test plan and obtain approval - Create, enhance, debug, and run test cases - Manage the defect management process - Execute regression tests - Provide solutions for problems related to object identity and error handling - Interact with customers/clients to address their issues effectively Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience as a software developer or SDET - Experience with JavaScript, Angular, APIs, C# and .NET Core, Cloud (AWS or GCP or Azure) - Excellent troubleshooting skills - Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks - Knowledge of performance and scalability test approaches and automation - Experience with DevOps principles, tools, and processes - Skill in using coding standards and participating in code reviews - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Technologies desired - Experience with GCP Cloud preferred Additional Company Details: Persistent Ltd. is committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace by inviting applications from all qualified individuals, regardless of disabilities, gender, or gender preference.
