Responsible for in-process quality control for Press shop, Weld shop (Spot, Projection , Seam ,
MIG), Riveting, Clinching & Paint shop in process & final inspection Daily red bin activity & handling of non-confirming parts. Rework & rejection analysis & prepare daily action plan on the rejection basis. Responsible for process & product audit Core competency in Problem solving techniques Reduction in rejection PPM , Important roll to maintain the target PPM level Initiated improvements action, Kaizens, and suggestion to reduce rejection. Responsible for engineering change in shop floor. Knowledge of Inspection Instruments. To maintaining the documentation. Responsible for in process inspection for development component. Implementation and ensuring adherence to the various quality measures as per VWs requirement Responsible for 8D and action plan. Modifications in manufacturing process to improve quality , Improvement in fixtures for quality improvements. Maintaining MIS for Rejection Data Analysis and Pareto chart analysis for major Defects to eliminate in future. Maintain the corrective & preventive measures & root cause analysis of defect & to improve Customer line defect & internal rejection. To maintaining the documents of In-process : check sheet, Process control sheet, OPD ,WI ,Q Alert etc. Prepared the Product Audit schedule and successfully implemented in all concerned departments.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:- Good command on SAP QM Module.
Trouble shooting, Analysis of parts to achieve Geometry & Quality. Good knowledge of Universal Testing Machine, Weld Penetration, Metallographic Testing & Cutting Machines etc. Good knowledge about Quality tools 8D-Analysis, 5-why analysis. To control KAIZEN, 5-S Implementation, and members of Red Bin Analysis Team & Poke yokes team. Basic knowledge of Co-Ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).TRAININGS ATTENDED (Certified and In-House):- SAP (QM Module). Seven QC Tool
