QA - QC Engineer

As a QA-QC Engineer in the Quality department located in Ahmedabad, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Must have full knowledge of Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC), its ingredients, design mix, etc. - Knowledge of various types of cement, RMC grades, and testing parameters. - Regular inspection & testing of incoming materials required for RMC. - Maintain & manage the QC equipment and plant machinery calibration. - Proficiency in preparing the most cost-effective concrete mix design. - Inspect quality and storage of material received at the plant. - Trial Mix of all types of concrete will be done by the quality Incharge. - Maintaining Lab/Field test reports. - Daily coordination with clients/consultants for material selection/testing/Mix design approval. - Ensure material quality checking and compliance with quality parameters. - Documentation of the testing process and reports of materials & final product. Qualification Required: - B.E. or Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering Experience Required: - 3-10 years in high-rise building construction - Prior contractor firm experience as QA-QC Engineer in a building project Your responsibilities will include ensuring the quality of Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) by conducting inspections, managing equipment calibration, preparing concrete mix designs, and coordinating with clients/consultants for material selection and testing. Your experience in high-rise building construction and as a QA-QC Engineer in a contractor firm will be valuable for this role.,
