As a Quality Assurance Tech I at TekWissen, you will play a crucial role in driving the end-to-end feature release process. Your primary responsibilities will include creating automation scripts for new features to ensure stability, writing and maintaining test cases, and adhering to QA procedures and policies for newly launched features. Additionally, you will utilize software tools for QA, data capture, and issue resolution on a daily basis. In this role, you will need to be proactive in identifying issues, conducting deep dives for troubleshooting, communicating effectively with stakeholders, escalating issues when necessary, and providing regular status reports. Your ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment will be essential for success. To be considered for this position, you should have at least 2 years of quality assurance engineering experience, with a strong background in manual and automation testing. A Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent is required for this role.
