Job Description

Job Title: QA Mobile Testing Key Responsibilities As a QA Mobile Testing Specialist, you will: Test Planning & Design: Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases based on given requirements. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with an agile team, including Product, UX/Design, Engineers, and QA, to execute mission-critical projects. Bug Life Cycle Management: Assist in all phases of bug life cycle management, including defect tracking, reporting, analysis, and verification. Documentation Review: Review business and technical design documentation to identify gaps in analysis and critical areas for testing. Mobile Application Testing: Provide comprehensive testing support for mobile applications (Web, Windows, and Database), defining testing strategies, performing test planning, and executing unit, system, integration, and regression tests. Troubleshooting & Support: Troubleshoot mobile device issues (Android and iOS). Respond to all issues received via email, phone, or internal sources through appropriate channels. Manual Testing: Conduct manual testing as needed to verify application functionality and user experience. Documentation & SOPs: Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base materials. Mandatory Skills & Experience Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Appium, Selenium , and mobile testing frameworks . Strong understanding of QA methodologies . Experience with mobile device troubleshooting (Android and iOS). Understanding of the product or service, including common troubleshooting techniques. Experience in bug life cycle management (defect tracking, reporting, analysis, verification). Ability to define testing strategies and execute unit, system, integration, and regression tests for mobile applications. Experience with Jira for managing software testing processes. Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and Azure (a plus). Experience with Athena, Data Dog (a plus). Experience & Qualifications: Proven experience in QA Mobile Testing. Demonstrated ability to create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans, scenarios, and cases. Essential Professional Skills Analytical Skills: Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues effectively and efficiently. Strong skills in troubleshooting and diagnosing problems, both technical and procedural. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in testing, documenting issues, and following procedures. Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal, for reporting issues and collaborating with team members. Customer Service Orientation: Experience in providing excellent support and resolving customer queries or problems with patience and professionalism. Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and processes and adapt to changing priorities or requirements. Documentation Skills: Experience in documenting issues, test cases, and results clearly and comprehensively. Ability to work cross-functionally with an agile team .
