Job Description

Resolve user issues promptly.
Assist with change request (i.e. amendments or deletions) in the ERP system.
Contribute to the development of the new ERP system.
Track, follow up, and close tickets after testing.Monitor delivery challans to ensure accurate scanning.
Deploy new developments along with server release in the ERP system.
Create new user accounts, assign access rights, and maintain records.
Ensure timely payment for the AWS server.
Regularly check pending reverse vouchers to prevent financial discrepancies.
Attend meetings at scheduled intervals.
Schedule team training on the ERP system & processes from time-to-time for users.
Prepare, monitor, and present reports to management as needed.
