We are looking for experienced candidate for QA Manager - Coding - Leading US based Healthcare Analytics Firm - Hyderabad Must be CPC Certified Quality Assurance Manager Coding/Hospital Coding/Surgery Coding Exp - 7+ Years (Must be managing team) Job Description Continuous Quality Management and Improvment for Coding Operations. Working with Quality Leader, Ops, and QA to set the right sampling strategy Working with the stakeholders and strategizing and implmenting plans for controlling errors Will need to face the client to address Quality issues and recommend Quality Improvement Plans Working with the team to prepare to required data and presentations for internal/external engagements on Quality Managing Auditor Performance and addressing people issues within the QA team or in the interactions between QA and OP Hands on Approach to the job
