Job Description

Senior QA Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the QA team, ensuring high standards in manual and automated testing
Hands-on in defining, building, and maintaining an automation framework using Playwright(Preferred)
Own test strategy and execution, ensuring thorough coverage for all releases
Track, report, and optimize Quality KPIs (test coverage, defect rates, automation pass rate, etc.)
Create detailed test plans, test reports, and ensure proper documentation in JIRA and Confluence
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases
Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and automation efforts

Requirements:

13+ years in QA with leadership experience, hands-on in automation and manual testing
Strong expertise in Playwright, test strategy, and defining automation frameworks
In-depth knowledge of Quality KPIs and metrics to monitor and improve testing effectiveness
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and test documentation best practices
