QA Manager - AI Automation

As a QA Manager AI Automation at E2M, you will play a crucial role in transforming our QA processes by integrating AI tools and frameworks to streamline testing workflows, enhance accuracy, and increase coverage across various digital projects including WordPress, Shopify, and custom web platforms. Your innovative mindset towards AI-driven quality engineering will be key in building smarter, faster, and more efficient testing systems. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate and integrate AI-powered tools to enhance automation efficiency and reduce manual QA overhead. - Design and execute manual and automated test cases for web and e-commerce projects. - Collaborate with developers, project managers, and QA engineers to quickly identify, debug, and resolve issues. - Utilize AI-assisted testing tools (e.g., Testim, Applitools, Percy, Mabl, etc.) to improve accuracy and coverage. - Analyze test results, document defects, and suggest process improvements for optimizing QA cycles. - Stay updated on AI and automation trends to propose innovative QA solutions. - Create and maintain detailed documentation for tools, frameworks, and testing standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Test Automation. - Proficiency with tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent. - Exposure to AI-based QA platforms or tools that enhance test creation, maintenance, or analytics. - Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC. - Ability to create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and defect reports. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Willingness to adapt and learn emerging AI tools and QA technologies. Preferred Skills: - Experience with AI copilots (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.) for productivity or code generation. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and the role of QA in automated deployment cycles. - Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application to software testing. - Previous exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
