QA Intern (Web & Mobile Testing)

This role will provide you with hands-on exposure to software development life cycle (SDLC), software testing life cycle (STLC), and industry-standard QA processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute manual testing for web and mobile applications. - Create and maintain detailed test cases based on project requirements. - Perform various types of testing including functional, smoke, regression, and ad-hoc testing. - Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira, Trello, or Google Sheets. - Manage defects across the complete lifecycle until closure. - Support basic API testing and understand backend/frontend interaction. - Work closely with development and design teams to maintain product quality. **Qualifications Required:** - Passion for quality assurance and eagerness to learn real-world software testing. - Ability to spot issues and ensure a smooth user experience. - Curiosity about how things work and a willingness to contribute to high-quality product delivery. - Basic understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA best practices.
