Job Description

Execute comprehensive manual testing procedures to ensure software quality and functionality, meticulously documenting test cases and results
Craft detailed and precise test cases that cover various scenarios, enhancing the overall test coverage and product reliability
Develop and maintain a robust bug reporting system, ensuring clear communication of issues to development teams for swift resolution
Utilize basic
SQL
queries to validate data integrity and perform database-related testing tasks
Apply meticulous
attention to detail
in reviewing software specifications and user requirements to create accurate test plans
Actively participate in the
Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
, contributing to test planning, execution, and reporting phases
Assist in the development of test automation scripts using
Java
, laying the groundwork for more efficient testing processes
Collaborate closely with development teams to understand software functionalities and provide valuable feedback for quality improvement
Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure new changes don't negatively impact existing functionalities
Participate in test review meetings, offering insights and suggestions to enhance testing methodologies
