Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Review requirements, technical designs, and user stories to create test plans and test cases.
Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
Identify, log, and track defects using bug-tracking tools, ensuring clear documentation and reproducibility.
Collaborate with developers to understand features and assist in troubleshooting issues.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts where applicable to reduce manual testing efforts.
Ensure that test environments are properly configured and test data is prepared for execution.
Validate software against defined requirements, ensuring performance, security, and scalability benchmarks are met.
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to align with the development team.
Suggest improvements to enhance test coverage, testing tools, and processes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.
